Throughout his career Mike has gained experience across a range of key business areas, including Information Technology, Personnel, Sales & Marketing, Business Management (including P&L), Training and Business Continuity. The accumulation of this experience has provided Mike with a well-rounded and complimentary range of skills and knowledge, which enables him to operate at all levels within an organisation.
Involved in Business Continuity for over 25 years, Mike is Technical Director of CPA Software Limited and a Senior Managing Consultant with extensive experience in all areas of the BCI Business Continuity Life-cycle model. Particularly in the areas of Business Impact Analysis, developing Business Continuity Strategies, Plan Development and Plan / Team Exercising, Maintenance, Testing and Audit. Mike has a Diploma in Business Excellence and is a member of the BCI.
